Item deactivation

1. Log in to your account

Before proceeding with the deactivation process, make sure you are logged into your Marketplace Platform account using your email and password.

2. Navigate to your list of offers

On your account's homepage, navigate to the «My Offers» or «My Offers» section, where you'll see a list of all the product offers you've posted.

3. Select an offer to deactivate

Find the offer you want to temporarily hide and click on it to open the details.

4. Editing options

On the offer page, you will find editing options. Click on the appropriate button to open access to customize your offer.

5. Deactivate a proposal

In the settings section of the proposal, you will see the option «Deactivate» or «Hide». Select this option to temporarily hide the proposal from public view.

6. Save your changes

Remember to save the changes you made to apply the deactivation to your offer. Note that a deactivated offer will not be visible to other users on the platform.

7. Restoring an offer

After time has passed, when you decide to reactivate the offer, you can re-enter the offer settings and select the «Activate» or «Show» option. This will allow your offer to be visible to Marketplace Platform users again.
